Vendor & Sub quotes are solicited, material costs are obtained and analyzed, in addition local labor rates and productivity are evaluated for each project. Based on the extensive construction experience of the team, value engineering in association with estimating is a tremendous cost savings advantage to our clients. The volume of estimating services will grow geometrically and with the following additional services the overall operation will increase exponentially. Estimating services are typically the first step in obtaining marketing momentum and establishing a level of confidence and trust with new clients.
